American-style Spaghetti: A variation on a traditional-style spaghetti. It’s great, especially if you like the taste of bacon. Good for a crowd.

Broccoli, Brie, and Walnut Pasta: Another meatless dish that can be served as a main dish or side dish. Delicious!

Fettuccine with Morels, Goat Cheese: Plus asparagus! Can be served as a first course, or as a main course. Still a meatless dish, but some protein.

Italian Spaghetti: This has a nice sweet (as opposed to acid) taste. I like to make it the day before, then reheat it. The flavors have a chance to meld.

Lasagna: This is my favorite lasagne recipe of all time. There’s plenty of meat. It’s a solid (not soupy) dish. I like it cold the next day for breakfast!

Pasta Primavera: A great vegetarian dish. There are so many veggies, all you need to do is add some crusty bread. It’s a great low-fat dish.
