The Cartoons of
Donald J. Baumgart, Waterford, Wisconsin

Don Baumgart is a retired highschool principal who has been drawing cartoons for fun and fortune for 40 years. He has added humor to what might have been rather dry reading, to published books written by a Milwaukee priest. His most notable efforts were done for Kaset, International, a company dedicated to helping organizations achieve extraordinary customer relations. His work highlighted both the problems and solutions that customer representatives faced. He brought humor and comfort to those who faced angry and insensitive customers. His latest work, excerpts of which are on the following page, came from the book "Busting Bureaucracy" by Ken Johnston. See for yourself the talents that Don brings to what otherwise might also have been a rather dry subject.
